Britney Spears is the latest music artist to be rumored to be getting a Vegas residency show.
Is that allowed in her conservatorship?
Vegas Confidential is reporting that Hard Rock Hotel President Paul Pusateri and Britney’s manager, Larry Rudolph have been “in talks.”
They are talking about Britney performing at The Joint, the official concert venue at the Hard Rock Hotel that can accommodate 4,000.
“The queen of pop will be the queen of the Hard Rock if all goes according to plan,” says a source close to Pusateri.
The Hard Rock hasn’t been known for it’s residencies like other Vegas strip hotels, but they just finished a two-week engagement with Motley Crue that the source calls “the most successful shows in the hotel’s history.”
Hard Rock is talking about adding more celebrities to their line-up, or as their calling it, “offering fans more accessibility to celebrities.”
“People will be able to rub shoulders with the celebs. Gone are the days of hiding them behind velvet ropes,” says the source, “You’ll be able to gamble with DJ Pauly D, have dinner with Britney and have drinks with Motley Crue.”
Really? Dinner with Britney Spears? Cool.
In other news, Britney Spears is very close to closing a deal as a new judge on “The X Factor.” Britney was offered $15 million but it has yet to be confirmed if she signed on to join the show.
A Vegas residency? The X Factor? Rumors or not, things are looking up for B. Spears.
