Britney Spears Gets Visitation Rights

The Judge has made his decision in the Britney Spears/Kevin Federline custody case. He has ruled that Kevin Federline will keep custody of his kids and Britney will get to see her kids but they must be monitored.

Another hearing is scheduled for October 26 which Britney must be present for.

Somehow, I had a feeling Britney would not show up. Sad she thinks so little of getting her children back.People can rag on Kevin all they want, but at least he cares enough about his sons welfare to be at a designated hearing.

I have been in a nasty custody fight against my ex for years, and what I can't understand is he doesn't bother showing up to these little hearings either, is what makes them think they are to good to be there?? Im sorry but if your fighting for your kids you do a hell of a lot more then go get a driver's license. I hope she never gets custody back, at least until she get's her act completely cleaned up which I don't see her doing, because in her twisted world she is doing nothing wrong. britney was more ready to do photo-ops than to be at a very important court hearing. someone on another site said something very interesting about when she was first told she lost her kids--she had until yesterday at noon to surrender the kids to Kevin but she immediately gave them back to him Monday afternoon. If she really wanted her kids, she would have keep them until the designated time of Wedns at noon instead of instantly giving them back to Kevin.
