Britney Spears Doesn't Want To Take Drug Tests

Britney Spears’ lawyer has filed a motion to stop the random drug tests that Britney has to do twice a week. He tried that once before but K.Fed’s lawyers weren’t having it. After Friday’s hearing her lawyer decided to give it a shot again by filing another motion. According to sources close to Britney, she's pissed that the judge makes her take random drug tests and K.fed is excluded from testing.

A judge has not issued a ruling yet.

Brit-Brit and K.Fed are ordered to be back in court on November 26 where the judge will review the court appointed monitors complete report.

Why is everything such a big deal? Why doesn't she just take the damn tests, see the parenting coach and do anything else she needs to do to get her kids back. She makes everything so difficult.

I agree with only one point Tasha made, that is if K-Fed walked into the courtroom smoking a joint the judge would not notice. How sad that he boys are in the custody of the parent that is not being drug tested while the world outside this judges courtroom knows Federline smokes pot daily and was video taped about 10 days ago with witnesses smoking pot. Britney has missed one drug test while her phone had no reception due most likely to the fires in CA while all other drug tests on her were clean. Normal homes with children go from crazy to quiet every day...Why should her home be any different.

Poor Brit is suffering cause she can't get high. I know that feeling, but I don't have kids. If getting high is her priority then the bitch has no right to the kiddies.

The clean random drug tests have disproved K-Feds claims. There is clearly something else going on here. This girl is being trashed by a gold digging pot smoking plus ex-husband. The question is why does a judge think the kids are better off with him? No monitor has been with the kids while they are with K-Fed. The situation could be worse there than with Britney but the judge has no info on that. Judge also seems to ignore the K-Fed pot smoking in the open about 10 days ago. Most random drug testing is on very short notice. The short notice limits the ability to use a cleaner. If clean no one would mind proving it but once proved for several weeks now the act of going to a testing center or just waiting at your house for someone to pick up the sample is time consuming and Britney has other things to do like promoting her CD but also going to parenting classes, court dates ect. After several weeks of random testing you and I would also want it to stop. Add to that the facts as most everyone except the court seems to know that K-Fed smokes pot daily as well as other drugs and he is not being tested. This court should end the bull S*** and get a hair analysis on both of them. Take K-Feds hair sample from the balls and if it has been shaved then the court should know he is the guilty one. Note the parent coach sounds like she expects everyone to bow to her. I would not have delt with someone telling me what makes a good mother and I have successfully raised 2 children who are now 24 and 25 years old. I threw my mother in law out of the house for poor examples she set near my kids. If she had ever had a monitor her kids should have been removed. This monitor/coach said Birtney and her kids had bonded and Brit l;oves her kids but claimed that Brit wants to do what she wants to do even if it is not enjoyable for her kids. Was that the swingset trip where the monitor looked pissed off and is now taking it out on Britney? Britney you need a much better lawyer, one that gets the judge to drug test K-Fed by hair analysis and one that can get the coach changed to someone else...hopefully a reasonable person.

I with you Miss Thang. I know that I would come up completely clean to so I would not be objecting to such a test either. Plus it would disprove Kevin's claimes if it came back negative for her. She is obviously worried about something coming back to bite her in the ass.

If she was not doing any drugs then she should not have a issue with taking the drug tests. She's obviously concerned that it would come back positive this time around. If she cared at all about her own kids then she would be doing what it takes to get them back from Kevin. I think it's completely ridiculious that she would rather go get cologin in her lips then spend that time doing what she can to prove that she is not this irresponsible parent. That she does care about those kids, but the truth is she really doesn't. Those kids are like accessiories to her that she feels went out of trend about a month ago. She needs to get it together and realize that she can not toss her kids to the side like that.

Brightchick: I was gonna say the same thing. Most addicts don't like taking drug tests. And I don't care what anyone says she is STILL using drugs. Drug addicts don't just quit because a judge tells them to without help. I'm willing to bet money she is either using the Marion Jones clean urine test kit or she's using legal drugs to get high. But I don't believe for one second Britney is suddenly drug- free.

She has passed all tests, so get over it people. Dont always believe everything you hear, Kevin has had his fare share of drug use, he just does not have the money anymore. Remember he is only getting 35 thou a month, which is a little short considering he had unlimitted funds while he was in Vegas every weekend.
