Britney Spears Ditched Court For Church

Britney Spears

Britney Spears attempted to go to court today for her custody hearing but had cold feet last minute and fled the scene.

Once Britney left the courthouse she was spotted going to the Little Brown Church in the San Fernando Valley. She reportedly said a prayer and lit a candle at the church.

A note reading, "Dear God, please give Britney her kids back," was sticking out of the prayer box.

After the church Britney and entourage headed to the Gaucho Grill (below) on Ventura for some grubbin.

It was reported that Britney might go back to court around 3PM but it doesn’t look like it's gonna happen since its 4PM and Britney is reported to be at home now.

Lighting a candle and saying a prayer at church is not going to help her if she continues to ditch her custody hearings.

UPDATE:
Commissioner Gordon has just ruled that Britney will not have visitation restored, at least until the next hearing on February 19. She's free to show up on an "ex parte" basis, but that won't necessarily restore visitation. During the press conference they said that Britney was not ordered to come in today, although it was 'strongly advised.'

I don't know if she lost them, but we seen Britney go to curch about maybe two or three times in her time as a celeb. It's usually when things are really bad. So maybe she is not liking the outcome this time. Who knows?

I have nothing against Britney but i do feel 9 times out of 10 she courts publicity. It is funny how the courts keeps giving her chances after chances whereas anyone outside the celeb life would have had their entire vistation taken away until they got the help they needed and not have the courts keep pushing back hearing just to see what they will do in the mean time. Keep the kids away from her for good. She doesn't really care about them. She is too busy having fun with her new man and pleasing herself. It is sad that she can act all "normal" now that she has a man. A true mother knows that we do anything for our kids because they come first in our lives. Unfort, unfitney is just that---unfit to be a true parent. The kids are better off with a parent who gives them a balanced life and unconditional love.

I don't think she was ever really into the motherhood idea to begin with...I think she thought having kids would be fun and all smiles and sunshine and I think when reality hit that kids are a full time 24/7 job I think it set her back mentally and physically. From what I have read in past reports and from what the court appointed monitor has said about Brit's parenting skills...I think she shouldn't even be able to have kids. Life's tough get a helmet...she has nanny's to help her and yet her kid's are still and after thought, there are people with way lessin the world, who have way more kids and do a phenominal job....the only thing she is going to get out of this is the hate down the road she is going to fell from those kid's and the realization that the time she lost she will never regain and will miss out on more than she will ever realise

Miss Thang what if the help she needs does not exist. If I am right about the red bull then their would be no help for it. No place to go to detox off of it she would just have to do it on her own and that does not seem possible. By the way it would explain everything that day. See when you have to much of those energy drinks it gives off the same reaction as though you are wired or on drugs. It would also explain why it did not show up when they drug tested her. On top of that I seen it before. Like I said I had a guy friend that had to detox off of a energy drink and it's horrible one minute you are your normal self and the next your freaking out, and your shaking, you look sickly, your loud and uncontrollable. It gives you the illusion like you on drugs. See that's why she looked the way she did in those photo's she was her bubbly self and then she look like she was not okay. And if she could have the energy to do stuff if she was popping pills like newsoftheworld claimed she would not have the energy to so anything.

K...You assuming what everyone else assumes that she is in fact mentally ill, but you don't know for sure that she is really crazy you only know what tabloids, blogs sites(no offense Hollyscoop) and other media has said. If she was on any drugs at all prescription or non prescription it would show up on a drug test and she was tested right away when she was last in Ceder. So how is it that she came up clean? They also said that she had a unknown substance in her body they did not say that it took the form of a pill or liquid. If it was a pill then it would show up on the drug test. If it was in fact a energy drink it would not show up at all, but it will however give you the same reactions as though you are on drugs. If you drink enegry drinks properly then it's okay. For instance I was told that you are to only have half the drink within a certain period of time, but my friend had the whole drink in the same amount of time and the results were that he came off like he was on some drugs he wasn't, but it gives you the same reactions, and it is scary to see.

This is really silly. Tina and ScorpioLady are my friends and coworkers and no we dont work for hollyscoop. I came on this blog and made a joke and then you attacked me. I dont know if you have me confused with someone else but please stop using my name in any of the bullshit you keep talking. Britney Spears is a hot fucking mess. That is my comment and my opinion. She brought 2 children into this world and has done nothing but hurt them and her image with her slutty and selfish actions. I'm sure you will continue to attack me because you have nothing better to do with your time and your only entertainment seems to be calling people names and making up lame and medically unfounded excuses for a washed up lip-syncher.

ScorpioLady...So far you have not been able to disprove my theories instead you get defensive which is a big tip off that I am right or that I am to close to being right. You also don't have the basic knowledge of a second language which is one thing you have to have in order to get into a college. On top of that you would be able to answer your own question about my sexual gender(which I might add is none of your business). For the fact that you never said that you worked in college one of you wheither it's you sister Tina or Katrina said "We go to college and work in the same department." Indicating that you are in college and working there as well(I don't believe this on the basis that your were to up front about it). If your words or your sisters/friends are being misread that's not my fault, and I could careless. Oh and if you feel that I am "corrupting" then why spend what three days back and forth with this crap. The fact is that your a ignorant bitch just like your sister and you can think anything you want, but don't be knocking people and their opinions down because of your ignorance.

The more you speak Tina the more your immaturity level accumulates. If you want to think I am a idiot that's your opinion I could careless. That does not make it a good thing that just proves how ignorant of a person you really are and that your very young in the ways of the world. Your sister however seems to be more older and more wiser, but still immature, and one day you will look back on this and see things differently, but you have many years of growth before that will ever happen. It is very obvious to me that you do not have a lot of personal experience you seem very seltered and that's why your sister is so defensive when it comes to you, but if you are in college that would make you an adult and in that case your sister needs to let you fight your own battles espcially if your stupid enough to put yourself in the middle of one that has nothing to do with you.
