Britney Serves Mom; Kevin Serves Britney

If there was any hope of Britney Spears regaining her sanity, it just went out the window. According to reports, Britney met with her mother Lynne Spears on Thursday to hand her a letter from a lawyer basically telling her to stay away from the children if she is on any meds.

Brit was seen arguing publicly with Lynne as she was handing her some paperwork. Ladies and gentlemen, Britney Spears has officially checked out of Hotel Sanity. Say your farewells in the 'comments' section. You'll be missed Brit!

In more Britney news, there are reports that Kevin Federline is resisting signing the final divorce papers because he is concerned over Britney Spears's recent behavior and I have to say he has every right to be concerned.

"Britney's attorneys are anxious to see Kevin sign off on a divorce," the source says. "But Kevin and his lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan are dragging their heels out of concern over reports of Britney's post-rehab partying."

Federline's peeps add that K.Fed, "wants to make sure that the divorce document makes it simple enough for Kevin to downsize Britney's access to her kids the next time her behavior troubles him."

What the hell is wrong with her? She needs mental help and FAST. Those kids are obviously not her first priority and "getting even" with her mother for trying to help her just shows how selfish, pigheaded, and immature she is. The best thing for those boys is not to be around their mother. She is the BAD influence, NOT their grandmother. Don't forget Karma Britney! I think its because she is finally taking control of her life. Her mother is a typical stage mom, she refused to lay off and continues to meddle in her affairs. Britney is now taking herself seriously and making sure everyone around her does too. She hasn't done anything stupid in the past few weeks. There is nothing wrong with her, she was very upset about the whole rehab thing. BRITNEY PASSED A DRUG TEST AND THEY STILL MADE HER GO TO REHAB. Lynn is abusing meds and since they did it to Britney she is doing it to her. I dont blame her if my mom was doing that to me I would show her who has been taking care of the family for years. Kind of like the pot calling the kettle I would say.

If Britney really get a restraining order on her mom, it's definitely something very serious. She is now in her most defensive mood and loosing her kids will be the last thing she ever wanted. No wonder she cannot listen to anyone. When the love of her life betrayed her, how can she possiblity trust anyone? By the way, what the meaning of an "unfit" mother? Staying at home 24 hrs to look after the kids, grow fat, ugly, and that was her few months ago, right ? If a man seriously loves the woman and seeing her in such devastated condition, he should not propograte her further and even involving the mom to go against her own daughter. He just prove himself to be the same 2-timer, gold digger loser that the world see it. Britney seems trapped, cannot even move out of America with the kids for a period of time,let things cool off. If she needs help in any drug related problem, she must be coax to seek help on her own and not by force. If her mom or anyone in the family really determine to help her, they should stay close to her, gain the trust. You cannot possibly see your daughter once in a blue moon and expect her to listen to your command. Britney is also closely monitored by paparazzi every min, secs of her life. She maybe apprehensive in getting help because it will be in CNN, NY Time etc...the next day. It's really tough being Britney!!

This person contributed to the mess that Britney is right now...and no one seems to care because she has the title of "mom"? But in the same breath, criticize Brit for being a bad mom. Which one is it? Parents can screw you up, even moms. No one has a problem with trashing dads (eg. Lindsay Lohan) but mom's seem to be off limits, even if they destroy your life. Seems like YOU'RE the one that's crazy!

I have completely lost any hope for Britney. But you have to remember that her mother is a stage mother who has been pushing her to perform since she was three, and then when Britney started making money, if I remember correctly, one or both of her parents stopped working and have been living off of money that they did not earn. She's almost as bad as Dina Lohan.

i am a young mother as well as britney and all i have watching me is my family and friends and still i am always worried what people think about my mothering skills. so just imagine having about 15 cameras up your ass all day long, not to mention the choppers that caught her with her son asleep in the back seat (in a car seat )which i don't think was wrong so how do you have a private life. you cant she is probally losing her mind. everyone needs to get off her back and let her live her life and do the best she can to raise her little boys which are beautiful. and britney if you read this i dont know if the divorce paper thing is real but if it is sign them motherfuckers and get rid of k feds ass. he is using you for your money and always has been keep taking care of your kids and good luck with your life from one young mom to another
