Britney Planning London Children's Hospital Visit

Pop Princess Britney Spears is reportedly planning on making another visit to a Children's hospital while she's in London for her Circus tour.

Britney is hoping to take some time off from her grueling 42-date Circus tour to visit sick children at London's Great Ormond Street Hospital in June.

Earlier this month Britney visited a Children's hospital in Miami and even made a $100,000 donation to the hospital's Big Apple Circus Clown Care program, which sends clowns with medical training to visit the young patients.

Apparently she was so moved by the children, she's asked her camp to set up more visits while she's on tour.

A source tells the U.K. Daily Mirror, "She would really like to do this. In Miami she met up with 40 kids and posed for pictures with them. She found it really moving that just a couple of minutes with the children could mean so much to them."

Britney's certainly turned her life around in a short amount of time. Although the visits only take a few minutes out of her day, it means the absolute world to the kids she's visiting.
