Britney No Show For Deposition

So all you people that guessed that Britney Spears wouldn’t show to the deposition this morning at 10:00AM were right on the money! She didn’t show! Sad right?

According to K.Fed’s attorney, Britney Spears didn’t show up because she has some sort of medical condition.

Others are saying that Britney Spears didn’t show because she is really nervous. She has gotten sick because of all the anxiety.

"There's a million people outside of her house. She can see all the other madness. The anxiety is making her sick. It's just too crazy, " a Britney source told TMZ.

K.Fed's lawyer should just get up and go to her house with a video camera to get this damn deposition out of the way! It's always madness when Britney leaves the house so people should start going to her so she can't have any more excuses to give.

UPDATE: Britney was rescheduled for 10AM tomorrow, the deposition will take place at Mark Vincent Kaplan office, not an L.A. courtroom.

DTE you owe me $10!!! So they're too many people outside. That hasn't stopped her getting her fraps, getting gas, or buying pets. But it stopped her from going to court and fighting for her kids. Luv those priorities.

Why do I owe anyone an apology or any money. I dont gamble! She did not show who cares, is this your problem, is this my problem. If they did not excuse this medical condition she would have been ordered to appear anyway. So apparently the judge allowed it so we will be back at it again tomorrow. How do any of you know how she feels, maybe she is sick with nerves. Lastly I dont care what any of you say, think, or do. As always my life is sweet and it is great to be me!!!

Yes she is crazy I never said she wasn't. But ultimately Brintey will be the one to pay for her mistakes and I just dont see how bashing will help her. All the bashing is just feeding your negative lives. I see children all the time abused/neglected and they keep there children and Britney is not as bad as people say. All of us at St Jude all agree she is in need of help but taking her children away will only make things worse.

Yep Tasha I noticed that a long time ago. She can't keep up with her lies. I guess she got tired of being called out on them as well. DTE you're nuts. Only a loon would think Britney is not on drugs. It is obvious, drugs have taken over this girl. The deposition has been rescheduled for tomorrow. If she still doesn't show, the judge should just make a ruling in Kevin's favor and call it a day.

I read that Kevin could seek an arrest warrant for her no show. If she has that over her head, I think will walk away from the case altogether. I don't think she can withstand the grilling a deposition entails, not with all the questions they're going to ask her about drug use, her behavior etc. But we shall see.

There is a wonderful invention called the blackberry (look it up and get back to me) you need some education. Don't come back with your stupid little “I have one also”, because if that was the case you would have said so. When I had children at home, we played on the floor, went to the park, the zoo, play dates, charity and ect. I educated my child to be productive and do something with there lives not sit around all day. Don’t say you don’t because you can look at all the threads and see your name all day long, your lack of responsibility considering your child is very questionable. But all in all it is not my problem and when you are visiting your child in prison, I hope you will be happy and proud.

Tasha, don't sweat DTE: she tends to forget what she says. 1) She said her child is grown so during the time her child was growing up there was no public internet for people to freely browse. 2) she also tried to say she could had adopted her grown child when the child was grown 3) She also stated that she was going to get CPS on me and she knew all my details even when I was on the site just "surfing" which in her mind was 24/7 and thus leaving my child starving to death. DTE doesn't have a life and needs to get one and quit trying to come up with lies to make her seemingless life more interesting.

I agree. Dte is definitely one of a kind. Its funny how she claims to work with the nonprofit for kids organization St. Judes but consently trying to defend Brits actions that is weighing negatively on her sons. If she did work with St. Judes (which I truely doubt because she didn't bring it up until she tried to make herself look and feel better in front of us total strangers) then they need to do an evaluation on her because being around children who's lifes hangs in limbo everyday and you still feel like Britney deserves to have her kids around her 24/7, then something aint right with your mind.
