Britney Spears has topped Forbes magazine’s list of the world’s most overexposed celebrities. Shocker right?
Britney, who usually travels with an entourage of at least a dozen paparazzi, shared the top of the list with by Howard K. Stern, Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan.
The electronic poll conducted the survey on behalf of the magazine, and found that 72% of the US population considered Britney to be overexposed, and that the number has risen by 18% in the past five years.
E-Poll Chief Executive Gerry Philpott said, “You’re only a celebrity as long as you’re in the dialogue of popular culture. And if you don’t have your work, be it a movie or an album, to keep you in that dialogue, you are forced to rely on exposure.”
