Britney Might Get Kids Back Tomorrow

Everyone has been buzzing about Britney Spears losing custody of her boys. Many even expected a Britney breakdown yesterday but friends close to Spears are saying that Britney is "very optimistic" that she will get her kids back as soon as tomorrow.

Spears’ close friend Sam Lufti says that K.Fed getting custody is just "temporary."

"We ... signed all the necessary documents that she needed to get done," he told People Magazine. Spears is "in a good mood, no problems, very optimistic."

"Scheduling conflicts and errors in communication led her to believe that her deadline was later this week rather than [Monday]," Lufti said.

"However, once we finally realized what was going on, we completed the list of tasks. ...So everything's looking good."

So do you guys think Britney will pass her drug test?

Are you kidding me? She ignored everything the judge ordered her to do. She didn't sign up for parenting classes, she never took any drug tests so far, she didn't even sign the Judge's orders! I seriously doubt she'll get them back anytime soon. Seems like she WANTS to get rid of them. I hope no one supports her in buying her album.

He should not give her the kids back that quick. She needs to do more than sign some papers to deserve them back in her care. A missed drug test is the same as a failed drug test. She should have to test clean, at random, for 6 months before she gets those two children back in her possession.

even tho she turned the kids over to him yesterday, what the in hell makes anyone think a judge is going to order the kids back to her on the same day they were ordered to be taken away from her? And if anyone gives that bitch custody of those 2 boys again, needs to be thrown off the bench. She needs 6 months to a year in rehab, along with years of therepy. Sad that K-Fed is the better choice which is hard to say. At least he doesn't take the kids out to be fed apon by the cameras and have the shit scared outta them.

I thought she had to go to parenting classes, and do other things that would take longer then a day or two. It sounded like it's not going to be that easy to get her kids back that fast. I wonder who she had to pay off to get this to go through that fast.

Please. That girl is gonna have to jump through hoops of fire for this judge. She screwed up by letting things get to this point. Now the burden of proof is on her to prove she is fit. And right now, she can't do that.

Spin it, Lufti! It's all about the spin! Get real. That judge is not just going to bounce those kids back with that trainwreck until she proves that she can be a responsible parent. It will take awhile to even get short, supervised visits, at best.

come on she lost her kids any mothers nightmare no one knows how that feels unless that has happened to them i think she learned her lesson so i think some thing should happen so she gets her babies back i think she will change well i hope think of the boys right they need there mom so if she trys hard then she should get them back..
