Britney Loses Custody of Kids

The commissioner in the Spears/Federline case has issued an order giving Kevin Federline sole physical and legal custody of the children. The order is in full effect until January 14. Commissioner Scott Gordon said Britney's visitation has been "suspended pending further order of the court" and he ordered another hearing to be held on Jan. 14.

"I'm not happy about any of these events," Federline attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said when he left the emergency hearing Friday afternoon. "There's no winners here."

Britney is expected to stay at the psych ward at Cedars-Sinai for at least another 72 hours.

I cannot even say how much i hope she gets some help. Things will only get worse. I think she is a great person who needs a lot of therapy and some rehab wouldn't do any harm. I just pray she takes some help for once. I miss the old Britney. I hope things start to get better for her and her family.

I am not a fan of Kevin Federline his attempt of being a rapper was less then trilling . But I also know since the split with Britney he has not been getting a bad rap it was only happening when he was married to Britney. But you can say everything bad about his rap "career" he is a real father to those children. Do we see him taking them out at 1:00am in the morning taking them out to be crushed in a sea of photographers just to get his picture in or on a gossip site? No we don't this guy has these children in a stable environment away from Hollywood and the craziest that goes with it. These children have a chance at normal life with him if that wasn't true the court would not of given him the children so hate him or love him Kevin is putting his children first not him.

I am in 2 minds about it I do feel sorry for her seeing children being taken away from their mother is always heartbreaking. But also this girl has shown no real evidence that she is willing to GROW UP and look after these children. If she wasn't famous those kids would of been taken away sooner. My last point and its the most important this is what is best for the children if she can't see that then they are better off without her. I am sorry but they are if she wants them back she has to get off her ass and start acting like a mother. I am a mother myself to a 2 year old little girl and you can not act like child when you have children.

I think those poor kidz have been used as pawns in Britneys sad game of life. Other comments are spot on, how many other mothers would get away with behaviour like hers in this day and age. As for her family not sticking by her- well I am sorry but if my daughter went on like her i would of pulled the plug on the spoilt little brat ages ago. love and luck to her children they certainly need it!

i think they need a new commissioner on this case.. he gives her toooo much grace.. no other judge would give any other person the changes and le-way he is giving her.. those kids need some stability and some security.. she can't give them that now.. she needs to be given help at this stage.. not just offered it. those kids need their mother in their lives... i really pray she gets the RIGHT help she needs and the commissioner toughens up!!!

It's only by the grace of God JJ was not hurt. She was locked up in the bathroom with him for a couple of hours. There's no telling what she could have done in her mental state. I hope the judge extends her stay in psych ward so she can get the help she needs. She can't be trusted with those boys right now.

That was a bad idea... I understand stress but you can't lock yourself in a room with your baby so that he can't go home! And she was all messed up on something too, if you're gonna get fucked up do it on your own time considering you rarely even get to see your boys anyways!

I will say that if Britney wants there baby's custody back she will have to become a real woman and stop been a little girl that have everything. She has to show to everybody that she can change her personality and that she can be a wonderful mother. I hope Britney gets the help she so dearly needs this time. I hear her dad is with her maybe they can mend wounds together, let the healing process begin and Britney gets better for her children. No child needs to go through this and I have to admit I did not think it would happen, she did not hurt the children but they do not need to see there mother in this situation or feel scared.
