The commissioner in the Spears/Federline case has issued an order giving Kevin Federline sole physical and legal custody of the children. The order is in full effect until January 14.
Commissioner Scott Gordon said Britney's visitation has been "suspended pending further order of the court" and he ordered another hearing to be held on Jan. 14.
"I'm not happy about any of these events," Federline attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said when he left the emergency hearing Friday afternoon. "There's no winners here."
Britney is expected to stay at the psych ward at Cedars-Sinai for at least another 72 hours.
