Britney Leaves Court In Tears

I'm officially on Britney Spears overload! Like we reported earlier, Spears went to the courthouse in downtown LA to personally ask for overnight visits with her children.

L.A. County Court Commissioner Scott Gordon accepted her plea and agreed to give Spears ONE overnight visit a week.

Although she technically got what she asked for, Spears left the courtroom visibly upset and teary-eyed.

After court Brit decided to do some retail therapy. She went to Neiman Marcus for some shopping.

Everyone thinks they know it all.. the world loves to believe what they read see and hear. When they are put in the spotlight its no different. Just remember popstars have it the hardest. Your children will grow stronger and when there is a will there is always away.

I agree with both Tasha and Miss Thang. It's not good for those kids to be around the environment that Britney is trying to raise them in. I understand that's her lifestyle, but it's not something those children should be exposed to. Their are plenty of celeb mothers who can juggle both their career and properly care for their kids like Recess Witherspoon, Kate Hudson, etc. Why should Britney be any different? The judge would not have taken those kids away unless he had a really great reason to in the first place. Yes DTE kids do need their mother they also need their father in their lives, but most importantly they need their parents to be in the right state of mind to make the best decisions for them. For they can not make those decisions for themselves. Especially not at those ages. Something you should think about.

Tasha I was going to comment the same thing you replied to DTE. She is a MAJOR danger to her kids as well as to herself. She has problems and people like DTE who claims to be a real mother herself should instantly look at this situation and see that the kids doesn't need to see their mom in this light at this time. She needs to get herself straighten up first BEFORE being around the kids for long periods of time. She is no different from your common crackhead so to speak. One day they seem to be fine...while the next they are junkies in search for their next high staying up all hours of the night living in the state of highdom.

DTE: Some children need to stay away from their mothers. Especially if the mother is on drugs or mentally ill, like in this case. With all her millions, it says something that the court thinks she should not have have UNsupervised visits with the kids. That's because her shit isn't together. That picture of her, tells you that.

This is great news, I dont care what anyone says, she is not a danger to her children, and no one can proove that, not even the body guard who is running around making a fortune off her. All children need there mother and any of you who have children should understand that and if you dont to bad, she still gets to see her children. :-)

the judge must have a thing for Brit because we all know she doesn't deserve not even one night even with a court ordered supervision person with her. She needs to get her shit together for her kids. But atleast it is just one night and not all nights like she wanted...

i CAN'T belive the judge gave in and gave her the kids.. that is ridiculous!!! if it was anyone else in the normal world there is now way it would happen.. she gets away with things far too easily cause she is rich and famous

its really sad to see britney like this. she really needs some sort of help from a psychiatrist or something..that can observe her and see what kind of mental problem she is suffering from. say what you will say about brit..we all know she cares and loves her kids. she's not in the right state of mind to give them their proper care. someone please help her!!
