Britney Is Still a Mess

Britney Spears may seem like she has her act together, thanks mostly to her father Jamie, but deep down she's still the same girl who let her dog poop on couture clothes.

During a photo shoot with Elle magazine recently, Britney did the unthinkable--she ruined more beautiful couture clothing.

"They dressed her in all these beautiful couture clothes -- and, well, let's just say she forgot what time of the month it was. It wasn't pretty," a spy told Page Six.

How do you just forget it’s the time of the month? Sure Britney has cleaned up her act for the most part, but she's still this vulnerable little girl that her camp treats like a puppet. If she isn't given specific instructions and guidance, she's like a lost puppy.
