She's backkk! Britney Spears is this weeks OK! magazine cover girl. Just one year after her disastrous VMA performance, Brit looked smoking hot, happy and healthy as she accepted 3 moonmen at Sundays show.

In the new issue of Ok! Britney reveals that she's working on another album, which is set to be released late December. “It’s my best work ever,” Britney proudly told OK!

Aside from a kick ass album, what else is on Britney's agenda? Planning a big birthday bash for her boys! “I want to have a traditional party,” she told OK!. “I have some friends with kids who I am going to invite."

With K-Fed's help, Britney and family will celebrate Jayden’s second birthday on Sept. 12 and Preston’s third birthday on Sept. 14.

A Spears insider also revealed that her "goal is to regain joint custody of her sons as soon as her dad Jamie’s status as her conservator ends.”

Even if you weren't a Britney fan, it really was heartbreaking watching her breakdown week after week during the time she involved with Sam Lutfi and Adnan. She's become a breath of fresh air lately, and as hard-core Britney fans, we couldn't be more thrilled!
