In other Britney news, that lawyer from NYC is still trying to get Britney's case moved to the Federal Court. His motion has already been shot down once but he's not backing down. Why would he? Britney's the new Bank of America and everyone wants a free loan.
Brit's dad Jamie filed paperwork on Monday that claims Britney "does not have the capacity to retain counsel, and for this reason alone" the case must be sent back to Superior Court. If anyone needs a reality show, it's Britney Spears! But then again her life is already like the "Truman Show."
