Britney Hits the Dance Studio

You can't keep a good bitch down! Regardless of what’s going on in Britney Spears' personal life, she still hasn't given up on her professional life.

Britney hit up Millennium Dance Studio in North Hollywood on Sunday night to rehearse dance moves for her next single.

"She is working on the choreography for her song "Hot as Ice," owner Robert Baker said, "She rehearsed an amazing routine with a chair."

Meanwhile, there were rumors that Britney had filled a restraining order against her pap boyfriend Adnan Ghalib, but he has since denied the rumors. There's never a dull moment in Britney Spears' life.

I'm not a fan, but I do know something about gang stalking and the trauma it causes when your entire life is displayed for public scrutiny and ridicule. I haven't been in LA for long, but I can tell you that they love to exploit and profit from the suffering of others, particularly women. Britney Spears is only a commodity to some of the most ruthless predators in her business. Here's something else the public doesn't consider. Brit has been working since she was a child. Professional burnout is allowed, particularly in this line of work. My strongest advise to Britney is to get out of Los Angeles. These people are unciviled and hateful toward women. When the Dixie Chicks were faced with public ridicule and blacklisting, they went into hiding for 3 years after facing death threats. They recreated themselves and they came back stronger. The Dixie Chicks had each other to pull them through those 3 years of hard times. At first, many suggested they would be finished, also. Find someone, Brit, who can give you the time you need to heal and reinvent yourself. Even if you team up with another group or artist, or you reinvent yourself to an entirely new audience of listeners. The Dixie Chicks came back stronger after 3 years, but they were initially blacklisted by many of their original supporters. So, they knew they had to look to other audiences. Find the support and reinvent yourself over the next few years. Come back stronger and consider women like Nicole Kidman who is a strong advocate for the UN's Women's Organizations. Nicole went through a very public divorce, and only now she is having her first child at 40 years old. Nicole found the man to love and she is getting the second chance for love and marriage that she deserves. Do you know rumors fly about her career, too, even though she is one of the most outstanding actors of our time. Forget LA. Leave LA behind. Take the next 3 years to emerge even stronger. Heal from all this abuse by not allowing them to use you like the bottom dwellers that they are, any longer. Surround yourself with strong minded women and get away from the predators who only care to destroy your life and remove yourself from those who get a sick pleasure from your suffering. They want to see you break, they want to see you suffer and they want to see you destroyed. Don't let them win. Leave LA and find a way to keep in touch with your children while restoring your dignity.

yeah, she's wearing her shirt inside out and backwards, and that looks like a rash on her neck. didn't she do a dance number with a chair in one of her previous videos years ago? originality is just not her thing. there's just zero growth in her music. how long can a performer strut around like a hooker?

Brit is a hot mess--get her to rehab and fast...and as for Sam...yep we know he is just a user and a lier. He is the one who supplies her with the drugs. He's the one trying to get her away from Adren or whatever his name is because he can't fully control her when others are around.

I see the LA police and sheriffs department said a restraining order had not been filed against Adnan. It lets you know what a liar Sam is and how you can't believe a word he says either. She's got herself surrounded with such trash. I wonder if she's going to do a repeat of her Stronger video that she did with a chair and then say she came up eith the choreography on her own.
