K-Fed's gangsta lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan plans on having her sit down for her depo in the next few weeks and if Britney pulls another no-show, she could face jail time!
"She could go to jail for contempt of court if she refuses to show," one legal eagle confirms to OK! magazine. "That would be extreme for a child custody hearing, but not outside the realm of possibility."
Can you imagine the chaos outside the jailhouse if Britney really was sentenced? I know that would never happen because she's a celebrity, but imagine the mayhem!
