Britney Has An Allowance - Britney Spears

Britney Spears might be worth millions and millions of dollars but she's still gets an allowance.

Britney's peeps were in court today and the judge ruled that Jamie Spears can give Brit-Brit $1,500 a week of her own money so that she can spend on whatever she wants.

Jamie's lawyer, Geraldine Wyle, said it was "so she can spend money, have her freedom, and make choices about how she wants to enjoy her life."

This allowance thing would seem really weird if we all didn't know what Britney has been going through lately and what her lifestyle is like without this control. Her dad probably doesn't want her to end up broke at age 30.

I dont think her dad wants a piece of the pie... hes being a father....maybe something he should have been doing a LONG time ago. who knows. But i think hes really trying 2 help her out... and y not him? Hes not really vested n2 her like every1 else who wants 2 help her is.

I've always liked Britney. She has mental issues, her family is helping her deal, and kudos to Dad. She has needed help for a while, and things have sure settled down in her world. It was the funny-farm before.

If they are even considering making the conservatorship permanent, there is more going on than meets the eye. I esp. liked the line I read somewhere where Goetz says "she is unable to resist influence." Interesting. Bet that had something to do with a certain Mr. Lutfi. I'll also bet the restraining order against him becomes permanent for just this reason. And if her Dad wasn't doing what he is doing right now, she would NOT have anything left. He is making sure she will be ok and it is, obviously, a thankless job. Can you imagine?

I think her family and so called friends are all users and abusers of this poor girl! The media is the piranha lusting for her"blood"...they think they are judge and jury in her life...now her parents taking over her life...she needs to "leave town"...get some rest and tell everyone to "F**K off....she needs to have solitude, a mentor and most of all someone to love her that isn't after her fame or fortune!!

Doesn't stores like give her money(which is what they call a allowance) just so she would be seen shopping their? So I'm just wondering why she would need him to give her that $1,500 anyway?
