You could already see the difference in Britney Spears' face as she was hanging with her sister Jamie Lynn last night. The two caused a pap frenzy as they hit up the streets of West Hollywood.

Keep it up Brit! Hopefully, her mom and sis can convince her to go back to Kentwood for a while to get her life back on track.
