Britney Granted Change In Visitation

Britney made a little bit of headway after appearing in court this morning. LA Superior Court spokesperson Alan Parachini confirmed after the hearing that Commissioner Gordon changed the current status of the visitation rights. Only problem is, they're not releasing any details!

But it looked as if Britney was happy with the decision made today because she left court smiling. TMZ reports that Britney was awarded overnight visitation. The whole gang will be back at court on July 15th.

Last year everyone was saying "save Britney." I always thought Britney was the only one could save Britney. She had to hit rock bottom and lose her kids to figure out what kind of life she wants. Partying and driving around LA till 5 in the morning every day or being a mother to her children. I always believed she suffered from spoiled ass brat syndrome in addition to mental illness. And the drugs didn't help either. But I'm happy she trying to get it together, hope she keeps it up after the conservatorship is lifted. That's going to be the test. Because her track record shows she does not make the best decisions. Now about Kevin's employment history. Unfortunately it seems the American work ethic of working hard and working for the kind of life that you want is going out of style. Too many people see the road to a good life as having a baby with a rich person. I know a girl from high school who tried to do exactly that and it's pathetic.

My cousin pays his ex $8000/mo in alimony & child support and she doesn't do a damn thing all day. You don't hear any outcry for women like her to "get a job." So far Kevin, I say score one for the guys.

Why should he get a job? Hollywood is full of women who get sweet child support checks and they sit on their asses all day long, when they're not out shopping. Why shouldn't he?

She should hang out with Nicole Ritchie. She also had drug/alcohol problems. Unlike Britney when Nicole got pregnant she realized what was important and got her shit together for her baby. It's called growing up. Hopefully Britney has finally decided to take that path. Because losing custody to a douche like Kevin, she should be embarrassed.

DTE you might not have thought Kevin would get full custody, but it was quite obvious to most people (Me & Ms. Thang & others) that she was going to lose custody to him. If she had just partied at home like he did, she wouldn't have lost them. But no, Brit put on a show last year in front of the paps. She made sure every idiotic move was photgraphed. She might get her 50/50 back but Kevin is still in the picture. He has regulated income for the next 17 years.

We never thought Kevin would have full custody either and look at what happened. But all in all she will most likely end up with her 50/50, Kevin will never give up his money OH I am sorry his children. So don't look for Kevin to have a job anytime soon! :-)

She's never going to get full custody. Just the 50/50 she orginally had. So Kevin's checks aren't going to stop until JJ is 18.
