Britney Gets Early Birthday Surprise in London

After performing on the X-Factor Britney hit up club G-A-Y to celebrate her performance. The celebration turned out to be an early birthday party as her team surprised her with a birthday cake which looked like her album cover for Circus.

After performing in Germany, France and England, Britney is scheduled to return back to the States where she will perform on Good Morning America on her actual birthday.
