A temporary restraining order was issued today against Miranda Tozier-Robbins, for trespassing on Britney’s property in Calabasas, CA.
Miranda had claimed she was gathering information for a documentary she had planned on making about the pop star. But it was all just a little too creepy, so the guards called for reinforcement.
Now Miranda must stay at least 100 yards away from Britney and her house. She showed up to her court appearance two hours late today, so the hearing was put off until next week.
Miranda says she will be defending herself in the proceedings, but the judge advised her against entering a plea until the next hearing. He also waived the $5,000 bail provided she returns to court next week, which she agreed to do.
