Britney Due In Court Today

Today is judgment day for Britney Spears for she will make an appearance in court today in a bid to regain custody of her two boys.

Like we mentioned yesterday security has tightened up for the Spears hearing, basically making it impossible for press outlets to get inside the building. But no fear, we'll be getting you guys up to date information on the pop wreck the her former hubby Kevin Federline.

Meanwhile, Spears was all smiles yesterday as she went shopping for an outdoor children's playset. The court appointed child advisor was driving Britney's white Mercedes as she arrived at Swings 'N' Things in Calabasas, with her two sons Sean Preston and Jayden James fast asleep in the backseat.

Britney, who was met by the owner, walked into the office and expressed her interest in the Magellan Explorer range of playsets that cost roughly around $1000 to $3500. After a quick visit she grabbed a brochure and left to head back home.

Update: The first part of the morning hearing already took place and the Commissioner ruled that he didn't want the afternoon hearing with Britney present videotaped because he doesn't want it to be leaked to the media.
