Britney Due In Court Monday

The jury in the Britney Spears misdemeanor driving-without-a-licence trial couldn't come to an agreement on Friday, so it's been postponed until Monday morning.

The court is making a pretty big deal out of the issue and it sounds kind of ridiculous that they have to go back to court for a second day.

Last month Britney was given the option to pay a $150 fine and close the case but her attorney's refused. And now she's going to end up paying thousands in attorney fees. Not exactly a smart move.
