Spears' lawyer, Sorrell Trope, will be arguing that Spears should regain 50-50 custody of her two boys Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1. Spears' deposition will happen at a later court hearing.
On a side note, I thought it was funny that Britney got her hair and makeup done for today's court appearance because she knew she was going to be seeing her ex. She must have been so nervous right before she went inside, sadly K-Fed's lawyer probably started ripping her apart. She left the courtroom for about 2 minutes looking visibly upset.
