Britney Celebrates Sisters Bday

Britney Spears was out and about last night to help her sister Jamie Lynn celebrate her 16th birthday.

Her night began at Ruth's Chris Steak House in Beverly Hills and later, the pop princess reportedly joined up with the birthday girl to help celebrate her Sweet 16.

can she not wear a bra or a undershirt underneath that see thru blouse. And that stain! wow! But atleast this outfit looked better than the one she wore to her mom's bday dinner-although they both were too revealing for dinner!
