Britney Being Sued by Former Bodyguard

People are out to get Britney’s money these days! As if she didn’t have enough to deal with in her life, Brit’s now being sued by her former bodyguard Kerry Vine.

In his lawsuit, Vine claims he sustained physical injuries while working at her former LA home, The Summit.

According to the documents obtained by TMZ, Kerry Vine says Spears "negligently operated her home and business thereby causing injuries to [him] and says the security firm he worked for forced him to perform duties that put him in harm's way.”

Sounds to us like someone’s out of a job and needs some extra cash flow! He’d be better off just asking Britney for his job back!

We wonder what these alleged “duties” were that he had to perform. More details to come...
