Britney Back in Rehab for Third Time!

Britney Spears is back in rehab.

The emergency custody hearing that Kevin Federline was going to take place today has been cancelled because of the new development. So all of you who had heard and were expecting Britney to crash the hearing are left disappointed because there will be no custody hearing today.

Kevin is very concerned for Britney and wants her to get all the help she needs. He reportedly told her that this is her last chance and if she does not go through with the full treatement he will immediately go to court seeking full custody of the children.

Britney is also not speaking to her mother who has joined forces with Kevin for the sake of the children. I'm beginning to think that Britney seemed the happiest in her life when she was with Federline because she would act like herself and wasn't out to please the world. Sure he had his faults too, but I really think he was actually good for her.

Spears showed up at Federline's house last night and was seen trying to buzz in but Kevin, who was inside with the kids, wouldn't let her in which really upset Britney and resulted in her snapping at the stalkerazzi.

Spears is back at Promises and has entered a 28 day program but the entire treatment could take anywhere between 30 to 45 days.

Something tells me that she is not really having a break down. I think if she was having a breakdown she would not be in rehab she would be seeing psycholgist, and they would not be allowing herself to keep repeatedly leaving rehab if they felt that she was a danger to herself.

That is kinda what I was thinking......he was made out to be the bad guy...and no doubt he has his faults too...but goodness, she has fallen apart since they split! I think she may have REALLY been happy with him. I couldnt wait for her to drop him.....now I am actually hoping she goes back to him. WOW

He obviously still cares about her and it's not just in it for the children. He could easily have left her to it and been granted full custody of the children. To be honest, I think all this behaviour stems back from her breakup with Justin and "what she did" - whatever that may be... Just a thought...

My roommate works in the mental health field and she said they have therapists in rehab. Rehab is also voluntary and they can't hold her against her will. She said her family could try to get a court order if they feel she's a danger to herself or the people around her but that order only lasts for 48 hrs. It's very difficult to involuntarily commit someone. Lets just hold Britney gets the help she needs.

you guys arent mentioningthat this is all partly our faults. fans, media etc. how sad it is that we all talked so much shit about kevin and urged her to break up with him and now that she did we realize that she was better off with him. shes like a puppet to us. i understand she doesnt directly listen and know us but she has people that push her to do things becuase she doesnt have a brain of her own

Hopefully she will stay in there this time. She's not in rehab because she's on a verge of a "mental breakdown" although that is occurring as well, but she is rehab for either drug use or alcohol abuse. If it was mental, she would be at a mental facility and not rehab. Yes rehabs has therapist there to assist but they are not there to assist if you are having a mental breakdown. They are there for you to talk to them as to why you choose to abuse drug/alcohol/gambling etc. As for media/fans-although it is a lot of pressure being presented to her, but if she was so worried about what the media/fans thought, then she would had went to a remote location to be with her sons and stayed out of the lime light until she came to her senses again. She can only blame herself. We always try to blame others or other things when problems occur, but in reality we have noone to blame but ourselves.

I agree with your assessment about Kevin. I have said on this site and others that I never thought Kevin was a bad guy...just a guy who wanted to be rich and famous. He hot a rich wife who could get him into that social circle of rich, beautiful people. Woman do it all the time. And most important, it was never said that he was a bad father. Yeah, he cheated on Shar with Britney, but Britney knew Kevin was with someone and she didn't care. And Shar always said that Kevin was a good dad. I think Kevin just allowed Britney to do what she wanted and he paid alot of attention to her in the beginning. But when he started to make a name for himself, she didn't like that. Britney better pull it together for herself and her children. And her career too! That money will soon run out too.

You can't force someone into rehab. It's illegal to try. It always has to be voluntary. They could force her into an institution by trying to have her committed, but that would probably be an impossibility, even with her bizzare behavior lately. Most adults have to allow themselves to be committed, and I doubt Britney would be likely to do this.

I think this divorce is taking its toll on her and maybe kfed and her should try to figure something out not just for the kids but for the both of them too.
