Britney and Kevin Under Investigation for Child Abuse

Just when you thought this whole Britney Spears/Kevin Federline child custody was coming to end, the former couple is now under investigation for child abuse.

Spears and Federline's lawyers are in court today to continue child custody negotiations, according to TMZ.com.

DCFS will appeal to Commissioner Scott Gordon to open the files regarding the care of their two boys. This is not the first time Spears is under fire for child abuse claims. She was previously cleared of similar claims after an anonymous tip.

I have read that Kevin was the abuser, Shar used to run over to a neighbors house and say Kevin was slapping her around. I am not sure where I read this but it was about 6 months ago.

trust me if he tried to abuse Shar, she wouldn't allow her kids to be around him nor would she publicly say he's a great dad and a great person.

Miss Thang your right I remember watching the Chelsea Lately show and Shar said stright up that he's a great dad and that he really cares for her kids. You could tell that she was completely honest and meant it.

Neither is really a BAD parent. One wants the other one's money and will do whatever to get it in whatever way he can. Paps and media need to focus on somone/something else for now and let these two get things worked out. And Britney BAHSERS/HATERS go away for you will surely be judged with the same harshness you judge her. You are NOT her God, her judge, and she is not here to please any of you FREAKS!!!

I also think Shar would lie her ass off for money, she does not have a problem living in the house that Britney purchased for her and the kids. Nice to see Binda and Out is on today. DTE & Binda: I wouldn't blame Shar for getting some of Britney's money. After what Britney did to her, she might as well turn lemons into lemonade. And as far a Kevin beating up Shar, I don't think I believe that. He doesn't seem to be a woman beater to me. He seems to be the kind of man who lays in bed till 10 and wants a woman to take care of him. Shar even said she & Kevin didn't have problems until she demanded he get a job. Then came Britney along.... well we know the rest.

Tasha she types under two seperate names because she needs to start trouble, and we already established that she's fake so let's leave her in her private wonderland if you know what I mean. Oh and I agree their is no way K-Fed would get physical with Shar cause let's face it Shar could take him. So I don't believe it either.

I know I said two screen names, but it's possibly three or more either way she's def. doing it to cause problems on this site. I would not be surprised if she was also doing that because no one agree's with her so she has to make people think that she has a click now. If that is the case that would make her more lame then I imagined her to be.

Haven't you guys seen those lifetime movies where the man beats his wife and she "loves" him so much that she makes excuses for his behavior? Maybe Shar did that with K-Fed. Maybe she wants him back and believes that he's a great guy, just like those battered women. Who knows. Neither Britney or Kevin are innocent.

La Chat, thanksgiving was GREAT! I ate way too much and enjoyed the time away from work. How was yours? And people, lets get real here. Shar is a really really strong woman and if Kfed beat her like some wants to claim and she allowed it because she is a "lifetime woman" would be back with him now and not out and about living her life like she's been doing. In fact it wasn't until people started prodding her and Brits other ex husband about their thoughts was when she spoke out and she still (and even still today) never said anything bad about Britney nor Kevin. She took the high road in all of this. So people quit trying to paint Shar as a money grubbing abusee because she is so far from being that.

No I dont blame Shar for taking, I would, but you need to remember Britney did not leave Shar, Kevin did, while she was pregnant I add. Put the blame where it needs to go! Miss Thang my Thanksgiving was not bad either. I spent it at my parents house this year and I ate way to much as well , but I been looking foward to eating Turkey for a while now so it over all a great day.

DTE: If I were Shar I would put the majority of the blame on Kevin. But also Britney too. And if I could get some of her money, so be it. If someone dogged me out like that, morals would go out the window. For a little while anyway.

This will be a landmark case where the courts rule that having famous and career-oriented parents is not good for children. Hereafter, Hollywood kids will automatically be put up for adoption by normal people to let stars concentrate on their careers and mental issues. That is of course what is driving Britney so particularly crazy. How does she fulfill the image of teen-oriented pop-star and also the image of being a wholesome mom? Dichotomy. Split-personality. I mean her whole self-image is stuck at 18-21 years old. And yet there are certain little girl fantasies of growing up to have nice fuzzy warm family -- and no real idea of how. Truly Britney shouldn't have had children until she was ready to admit her career as young popstar was long over.

I was thinking last night that Brit should just give Kfed the kids and continue vistation only so that she can go out and live her life the way she wants to live it. I think alot of the pressure and critisim would dwindle from her.
