Britney and Kevin Back In Court

Britney Spears is very serious about getting her kids back. Brit-Brit and Kevin are both at court this morning to discuss the custody arrangement of their boys.

Britney has also rehired her previous lawyer Laura Wasser to represent her. She finally has a team of great lawyers, so chances are Britney will get joint custody of her kids by the end of summer. It also helps that Britney is acting normal again.

The conservatorship will be lifted soon according to who? I'm willing to bet it will be extended indefinitely.

What I think, is that all mothers need their children. It's life. I don't know how anyone mother who loves there children so much just think there's no reason to fight for them. She's showing that she loves them.

i think that if people left her alone, she would get back to her normal life.. i think she should get full custody of her kids, i mean she went through all the pain.. childbirth and all that.. she deserves her kids. that K-fed only wants her money.. if he gets full custody of the kids britney will have to pay monthly fees.

He is her babysitter!!! She is a grown ass woman who is being told what she can and can not do like she's 12. Who she can and can't see. And I understand part of the visitation with the boys is that JAMIE has to be present. So Britney is not running her life right, her father is. She can't make any decisions regarding her life until this conservatorship is lifted. So yes he is a babysitter.

A conservatorship is a legal right given to a person to be responsible for the assets and finances of a person deemed fully or partially incapable of providing these necessities for himself or herself. Her dad is not her babysitter.

Dawn....Isn't her father her conservator? In charge of her finances and everything else? Her OWN lawyers said she could not handle her own affairs. She can't do anything without daddy's permission. Sounds like supervision to me.
