Some people will do anything for attention. And when we say "some people" we're talking about
Heidi Montag and
Spencer Pratt.
Yesterday Ryan Seacrest "mysteriously" got a track featuring a
Britney Spears and Heidi duet. Seacrest said, "I just opened an email and there was this track and it said, 'Britney Spears and Heidi Montag'."
After previewing the track, Ryan asked,
"How can you do that? If she doesn't know Britney, how can she (Montag) do a song with Britney? You've gotta get a little Britney permission on that I would think."
Although it's obvious Spencer is behind the leak, Montag's publicist insists she knows nothing about it. "Heidi has no knowledge of this recording. She did do a demo of this song for possible use on her record, but that recording had a male vocal on it, not Britney Spears."
So the theory is that Heidi and Spencer came across an old Britney demo and had Heidi record her own voice on the track. They slapped a 'Britney Spears and Heidi Montag' duet label on there and sent it to Ryan.
Britney obviously has no connection to this, nor would she ever do a track with someone like Heidi (who would??). Britney's team should investigate this and sue the shit out of Heidi and Spencer. Now that would be entertaining!!
