Big Day for Britney Spears

It's a big day for Britney Spears! K-Fed's lawyers will appear in court today to discuss Britney missing her deposition then going out and partying until the wee hours.

K-Fed's gangsta lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan is seeking sanctions against Brit for her defiance of court orders. He is also expected to ask LA Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon to postpone a hearing scheduled in January to April.

K-Fed's people basically want to postpone Spears' request to restore 50/50 custody for as long as possible. No word yet on who will get the boys on Christmas, but stay tuned!!

I don't feel one bit for her. And whats this shit we love ya? BS. Im guessing your name is aimed at all us "against" Britney? If so, the nasty bitch doesn't wear shoes, dont you remember her gas station bathroom romp? She is bringing all this upon herself. She things shes above all, she can't be so damn stupid to claim sickness to miss a court ordered meeting then go out later that night and party it up. Shes getting what she deserves. Wait I take that back. The bitch deserves alot worse then what she has gotten so far, I hope to god the judge slaps her hard today. As a mother in a custody fight with a POS ex whom I share 50/50 custody, I couldn't imagine acting the way she does. Thankfully my ex husband acts alot like her, "he thinks hes above the law to" to which come trial next month I will get full custody. Her and my ex should get together. He cares only about money and nothing about his kids, she doesn't care about her money or her kids. Hey brit, email me if you want his number. Why the hell are they saying she was out partying until the we hours of the night? Was she clubbing? "NO", she went to the gas station. This is just so rediculous.

I think the point they were trying to make is if you are too sick to go to court, then you are too sick to be out wee hours of the night for hours on even if it is hitting up gas stations and such. Atleast finish your cerade and stay the fuck inside all day so people would believe you were really sick...although we know she wasn't. Boo I agree with you-she isn't a great mother right now. She needs help.

We can all agree that she needs help, but the point is they did not say hitting up a gas station they said "Partying" which is not correct. But yes she should have kept her butt inside.

Boo Boo get a life. Your ex and Brit are totally different unless he is also a "star". Britney just might be pregnant and had morning sickness..that would not prevent her from being well enough to go to the gas station that night. But more likely is that she is teaching her ex a few lessons. Niether of them is watching the kids regardless of which has custody. A nannie paid for by Britney is watching the kids. Remember that for the entire marrage K-Fed was out partying while Britney was with the kids around the clock. Remember that she was preg with the second shortly after the first and was not out drinking. K-Fed was caught on video tape in October 2007 smoking pot and taking charge of his kids within hours of that joint. As much as K-Fed claimed that Brit was on drugs, all drug tests have been random and clean. Besides the fact that she does not look like she would be doing the drugs he claimed (cocaine and meth) because those drugs would cause weight loss and not so much cravings for taco bell and Carl Jrs. Even the body guard that claimed she was on drugs.....he was fired after 2 months and only saw Britney drink alcohol twice in 2 months and only 1 drink each time....does not sound like an alcoholic to me. TMZ should be cross examined strongly by Britney's lawyer. They need to discover how it is that the paprazzi knew she would be going to a deposition on that day. I suspect the information is leaking from K-Fed or his lawyer. My understanding is that K-Fed's lawyer and Harvey of TMZ are good friends. TMZ prints everything agaist Britney ...like the other day when the TMZ news claimed Britney was not allowed at Four Seasons....when you read other reports the truth of the matter is that she was just asked to use another door because of the paprazzi TMZ. The judge needs to figure out that niether of these two is what I would call a great parent but of the two Britney is the only one that matters because she is the only one making money to support the kids and until she threw K-Fed out and he saw his gravey train ending she was also the only one of the 2 parents watching their kids. K-Fed and his lawyer have put on a good dog and pony show but I still have confidence that a judge will see through their act.

Tasha....anxiety excuse works great when TMZ video shows a crowd of Paparazzi at her house waiting for her. There is a difference between getting through the paparazzi to go to the gas station or get coffee and getting through them to get to a deposition. At a deposition you need to be thinking clearly and not worried about what picture the paps got. If he wants to depose her then he should make sure there are no leaks as to when the deposition is. Or if I was Britney I would insist that he come to my house for the deposition.

Kevin's lawyer needs to shut the hell up, he is asking for privacy over the entire matter but then he is talking to the press about everything. The judge will see this and that is probably why nothing happened today "nothing" just a continuance with the Jan 23 event, Kevin's lawyer got shot down, everything was a waist of the tax payers money or shall I say Britney's because we all know he will ask for her to pay more "again".

Lawyers faced off again this morning in the seemingly neverending custody war between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline. However, after several hours of closed-door chatting with the judge, it appears it was all for nothing. When asked by OK! if there had been any developments in today's session, Britney's lawyer Sorrell Trope revealed, "nothing... only a continuance." So apparently all the huffing and puffing in the judge's chamber was just to move the scheduled Jan. 23 hearing a few weeks later to Feb. 19.

Maybe by Feb 19 Brit's PI will have pics of K-Fed smoking pot again in public.

I don't care if the depo is on her couch in her house, she still won't show. Britney knows she can not withstand the grilling of a depo. And she's never gonna show up.
