Another Custody Hearing for Spears

Oops she must have done it again. Britney Spears and her ex hubby Kevin Federline got a surprise custody hearing today in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Although neither Spears nor Federline were present, they're lawyers were there with their dukes up. Ok jk...but, both parties MUST attend their scheduled hearing set for October 26th. Let's hope Spears behaves until then.

what scares me is the fact that she DOES seem to be getting better. i just don't think it's for real. and i'm afraid that the parties involved will assume eberything is "fixed" becasue she passed some drug tests and went to a few counseling sessions. her daily routines and life should also reflect change, and they don't. i am 100% rooting for her to get her shit together, i genuinely hope she gets well. i just don't think it happens so fast.

I was about to say Some Guy, what's important to you & me is not important to Brit. She would be hanging either at the gas station, tanning salon or Starbucks. Let's not let a little custody battle get in the way of our daily routine.

i think if it was as serious as a failed drug test, k-fed and brit would have been there. or at least k-fed would have, since brit would have been hanging out at the gas station.
