Another Court Date For Britney

Britney Spears has a date with the Commissioner. Today, the Commissioner will decide whether he wants to extend Jamie Spears' temporary conservatorship over his daughter. Chances are he will extend it because Brit-Brit has been kept on such a tight leash. We have not seen any erratic behavior mainly because her parents have limited the things she's allowed to do.

Many are saying that there is a chance that Britney will go to court as well not to argue the conservatorship but just to ask the Commissioner to ease down the restrictions, such as driving a car. Apparently, her parents have banned her from driving. I think that's a good ban. The main problems was that she was always driving around with 50 cars following her with no where to go.

Overall, her parents have done a great job keeping their daughter under wraps this time around. The Commissioner should extend Jamie's control over his daughter because it's obviously proven to be a good thing. Maybe, if she continues like this, she can see her kids in no time.

I have to agree with the hollyscoop girls. Her parents have been keeping her in check and her out-of-control behavior is starting to whine down a whole lot. Thank God because I am tired of her bullshit. It was getting old. I honestly think that she should not be granted to drive just yet unless it supervised by one of her parents at all times, because she's to reckless. It would be giving her a license to go back to her old ways.

he should extend it. at least her dad got rid of certain people who were leeches and got her on some medication. he also got her a bodyguard again. she seems to be acting a bit better since he stepped in. let's hope she continues to not be so out of control. she went too far.

i think its crazy and unreasonable that you people actually think she should not be allowed to drive. are underage and not yet eligible to drive? you whiners sound like whiny jealous brats and have no grasp on reality.

Well prayer & wisdom( and that's a matter of opinion) the judge doesn't think she should drive either. Not only did she keep the conservatorship but tightened it. Besides her past driving behavior has been nothing but reckless.

That's true Tasha. If she's not hitting parked cars she's running red lights while she's on her phone or making fat comments about the paps while her kids are in the back crying their heads off. I think the judge made a great decision, but her parents are not always going to be able to stay by her side to play the part of her safety net. She is going to have to grow up sometime, become an adult and take on her proper responsiblities.

Yeah it seems daddy is doing now what he should have done 10 years ago: raising her. He's imposing rules on her ass, letting her know your actions have consequences. If she listens to him and end the stupidity (like the 4am shopping sprees & hanging with losers like Sam), she might even get her kids back. But that's a hell of an if.

Tasha...I agree it is a hell of a if. It seems as though she is already on edge to get her ways back. She wants to get her driving rights back so she could what go and hang out with that Adnan guy and have him sell her out to his friends for some cash on the side.

She should do things her dad's way. Doing things her way has gotten her where? This is her last chance to make a change. If she does not straighten things out now she may never get better or see her kids.
