Good news for Jamie Spears, his daughters ex boyfriend might be deported.
Britney Spears ex pap boyfriend Adnan Ghalib may be forced to return to Afghanistan if he is found guilty of allegations he tried to run over a court official.
Adnan allegedly tried to run over a man who was trying to serve him a restraining order filed against him by Britney's father Jamie last month.
He's currently being
investigated for assault with a deadly weapon, battery and hit-and-run after allegedly hitting the man with his car and then fleeing the scene.
An LA police source says, "The country of citizenship listed on the legal files is where someone convicted of a serious crime will be deported to whether they hold a Green Card or not."
The paparazzo initially moved to Birmingham, in the UK, before later relocating to the US to work...or stalk Britney.
The source added, "There is some confusion on his court documents over where he comes from. Some list the country as Afghanistan. But another states his nationality as British.
"There is no doubt over his place of birth though, that is Afghanistan. If found guilty he will be jailed for a number of years. These are some of the most serious crimes possible in the United States bar murder. The American justice system comes down heavily on people convicted of such felonies."
