Bristol Palin Wants Full Custody of Tripp

Bristol Palin and her famous mom Sarah are ready to go to court and battle it out with Bristol's baby daddy Levi Johnston in order to gain full custody of Tripp.

In early November, Bristol filed a petition for full custody and child support. She wants scheduled visitation set up for Levi, who has "sporadic visitation rights" right now, reports Radaronline.

Levi has been so busy "getting buff" for his Playgirl shoot, he forgot he was a father with responsibilities. So naturally Bristol and Sarah are going to great lengths to stop him from getting any custody.

Good news for us is that the judge denied a request to keep the hearings private, so we're gonna hear all the juicy details.

"I do not feel protected against Sarah Palin in a closed proceeding," Johnston said in an affidavit. "I hope that if it is open she will stay out of it. Bristol's attorney is her attorney."

According to Radar, the court documents also note that Levi's mother, Sherry Johnston, should not be allowed unsupervised visits with the baby following her drug arrest. Well duh!

Sadly, no one really cares about Levi and Bristol, but we do hope the judge lets Bristol have full custody. Levi is a pretty big douchebag.
