Patricia Arquette Files For Divorce From Husband

Nothing like ringing in the New Year with some more bad news. So far, 2009 hasn’t been a parade of happy news. Thank God for the birth of the Romijn-O’Connell twins to brighten our day!

The latest piece of depressing celebrity news to report is that Patricia Arquette has filed for divorce from her husband.

She had been married to Thomas Jane of Punisher for two years, and those two years turned out to be plenty!

Wanna guess what the court papers read? Irreconcilable differences, of course. The two have a five year-old daughter together, so hopefully for her sake, they can come to a decent custodial agreement!
