Bill Clinton and Brad Pitt, along hundreds of volunteers, met at the 9th ward in New Orleans yesterday to begin building homes for families left homeless from Katrina.
Brad, who oversees the foundation, hopes to see major changes within the next six months. The 9th ward was the area that was hit the worst after the hurricane. Brad Pitt's charity "Make It Right" will be using all environmentally friendly materials for the houses.
Brad and Bill made a point to be right in there digging with volunteers, not just there for show. Let's hope this fundraiser makes the difference New Orleans needs to see.
