Brad Pitt Stars in Japanese Cell Phone Commercial

This has got to be one of the weirdest roles we’ve ever seen Brad Pitt do. It is no secret that celebrities have earned big paychecks doing commercials for Japanese and European markets, and Brad Pitt is no exception.

His latest project brought him overseas to shoot a commercial for the company Softbank. It’s a Japanese telecommunications company best known for their cell phones. So Brad is like the Japanese version of the Verizon guy over there!

If we didn’t know it was for a cell phone company before watching it, we’d never guess. It’s pretty distracting with the music, and Brad is running around all over the place in the spot! But we’re sure he’ll influence a lot of people to buy that phone, whatever it is!
