The couple hopped on a jet to the Galápagos Islands where they will be kicking it like royalty. They touched ground in the beach-lined city of Baltra, Ecuador late Tuesday night, along with their kids Maddox, 10, Pax, nine, Zahara, seven, Shiloh, five and three-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
Whew… I didn't forget anyone, did I?
"We were informed that they arrived at the airport in Baltra yesterday,” a source told People Magazine. “Then they made their way over to a villa in the Galápagos Islands."
Shortly after landing, Pitt, Jolie, and their child-sized battalion boarded a luxury yacht to the Royal Palm Hotel. And if that doesn’t sound exclusive enough to you, just imagined they only sipped water bottled by monks in a far away land who exclusively ride lamas and have taken a vow of silence.
Reportedly, Pitted popped the impromptu proposal this past Christmas. After taking over a year to design the ring and enlisting the children to help with the presentation, the moment was simply magical. Seeing her children, her husband to be, and the huge ring brought Jolie to tears.
“Everyone hugged once she put the ring on,” the source said. “She went around and showed it to each of the kids.”
The superstar couple really appears to have stumbled upon true love. Jolie considers herself “bonded to Brad for life.”
