Jon Bon Jovi’s daughter has been arrested for drug possession after reportedly overdosing on heroin.
This must be a slap in the face to Jon, who battled a drug addiction in his younger years.
Jon's 19-year-old daughter Stephanie Rose Bongiovi, who is attending college in Upstate New York
at Hamilton College, was found unresponsive in her dorm room and cops were called.
Cops said heroin, marijuana and other drug paraphernalia was found at the scene of the crime. Stephanie was sent to the hospital and later arrested on drug possession charges and charged with three misdemeanors. Another student also faces a misdemeanor drug charge.
"Stephanie was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh degree, Criminal Possession of Marijuana int he fourth degree, Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia-all class A misdemeanors and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a violance," a rep for the Kirkland Police tells Hollyscoop.
Bon Jovi's rep tells Hollyscoop they have "no comment" at this time.
Stephanie is the oldest of Jon’s 4 children with wife Dorothea Hurley.
She has been released and is pending a future court appearance.
