Ridley Scott is back to the shifting sands of the Middle East with his latest flick “Body of Lies.”

Based on an acclaimed 2007 novel, "Lies," the CIA thriller features Scott’s muse Russell Crowe and Leonardo DiCaprio.

Leo takes on the role of a CIA operative who is sent by his manipulative boss (Russell Crowe) to Jordan to find a high-ranking terrorist. While in Jordan, the operative forms an uneasy alliance with the head of Jordan's covert operations.

This is the first time DiCaprio and Crowe have joined forces since 1994 when they starred in "The Quick and the Dead," back then when Leo was just 17 years old.

When Hollyscoop asked Crowe what it was like to be reunited with Leo at the NYC movie premiere he said, “It was good man, I haven’t worked with him since he was much younger. The great thing is his core. Who he is as a fellow. How in touch he is with his environment and what he cares about.”

The film addresses the political world so taking into consideration today’s political climate, Crow said, “I think it’s a extremely exciting time for America its a huge decision that everybody’s got in front of them, I wish everybody the best.”
