Bobby Brown Pleads Not Guilty to DUI
Bobby Brown entered a plea of “not guilty” Monday morning to driving under the influence. Not only that, but the judge added an extra condition to his bail, Bobby can’t consume alcohol at all anymore.

Can they do that? Force someone not to drink? Is he gonna get strapped with an ankle bracelet, Lindsay Lohan style?

Bobby also pled not guilty to driving on a suspended license…might as well just deny everything while you’re at it.

Bobby was pulled over last month for talking on his cell phone while driving. Once pulled over, law enforcement tested him for driving under the influence because he reeked of alcohol. He blew a .12 when tested for DUI. Did I mention this happened at 12 in the afternoon?

Whitney Houston’s former husband could face charges up to six months in jail if convicted.

Brown was not present in the Los Angeles courtroom and his lawyer ultimately tried to fight the alcohol restriction, but the judge kept the order in place.

His lawyer spoke out, “Mr. Brown is taking this matter seriously and an investigation is underway. The legal process shall run its course.”

Brown was married to Houston for 14 years, the couple divorced in 2007. He’s had several run-ins with the law including a 1996 drunk driving incident in Florida. For an in-depth synopsis of his legal woes, add “Being Bobby Brown” to your Netflix queue.
