Beautiful Couple Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively Talk Fashion

This just in… Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively are incredibly beautiful people. What, you already knew that? So did the rest of the world!

The attractive couple have each just scored their very own fashion magazine spreads: Reynolds is in the June issue of Details magazine and Lively on the July cover of Marie Claire., each spilling with some appearance-related exclusives.

"A nicely fitted two-button suit is the best thing any guy can have,” the classy Reynolds said. “Guys are lucky: We can wear a suit over and over, just with different shirts and ties."

Ryan’s DIY style tip seems to be backed by his other half. In Blake’s Marie Claire interview, the “Gossip Girl” star revealed that she doesn't use a stylist prior to stepping onto the red carpet.

“My assistant will call fashion houses for me, but I always pick the outfit, shoes, jewelry,” she said. “A lot of times I do my own hair and makeup for events.”

Though she admits having to do her own wardrobe and hair is a lot of extra work, Blake can’t help but be drawn to fashion, describing it as “an expression of self.” The actress draws from her favorite fellow celeb styles including eccentric rocker Florence Welch of Florence and the Machine.

“I always admire people who make really strong choices,” she said. “When you do something bold, it's usually because you feel really good in it.”

Pet peeves? Mr. Reynolds confesses he finds bros with overplucked eyebrows and anyone with spur of the moment tattoos irritating. Unfortunately, he is not excluded from the latter group.

“My tattoo is of a cannon in Vancouver that I got in a fleeting moment of stupidity maybe 14 years ago,” he said. “A lot of people have really beautiful tattoos, and I get real tattoo envy.”

The couple recently bought a country house together in the suburbs of New York City for just over $2 million. Growing old together doesn’t seem to phase Reynolds, though. The actor is anxious to distant himself from his self-described “weird facial hair” and “six pounds of gel” slump as a 20-year-old as he moves toward a more dignified adulthood chapter.

“I look at guys like Cary Grant or Jimmy Stewart ... I just hope in 20 years, when you see a photo of me at a premiere, I'll look good,” he said.
