Angelina Jolie and ex-husband Billy Bob Thornton are apparently still close friends, and the actress-turned-director has recently praised him for "giving her the confidence to succeed in her career and in her personal life."
So you have him to thank for 'Salt.'

"I didn’t want to eat my turkey and I didn’t want my mom to be upset with me, so I chopped into little tiny pieces and stuck it in my piggy bank, and it was one of those piggy banks that you can’t get the food out or the money out without breaking it."

“We talk every now and then, she seems to be doing very well directing her own movie, which I am so proud of her for,” Billy Bob told Hollywood Life.
“I always thought she should do that, writing and directing. She’s real smart, and very creative, and I think it’s a great job for her," he told HL.
They divorced back in 2003 after three years of marriage. Two years later she stole Brad from Jen.
Guess those viles of blood really did mean forever. Either that, or he's hoping she'll cast him in her next movie. Apparently he's had a hard time getting work lately.

Brumfield was arrested in May after authorities decided that her story didn’t quite add up. She had been babysitting for a 1-year old girl back in October. The girl ended up dying from what looks like a head injury, and Amanda is the number one suspect.
Brumfield alleges Garcia received the injury falling from her playpen, but investigators and a medical examiner say they suspect the young girl died as a result of a homicide.
In addition to murder charges, Brumfield also faces charges of aggravated child abuse and aggravated manslaughter. Her trial is expected to begin in December.
This is such a sad story. We sincerely hope that Amanda is telling the truth and that she was not involved in such a horrific thing as the death of a baby.
