Bill O'Reilly is always one to grace us with his opinion when it comes to high profile circumstances. And
Michael Jackson’s death is no exception. The Fox commentator weighed in on his show The O’Reilly Factor to express his thoughts on the extensive media coverage on the pop singer’s death, and memorial yesterday. And let’s just say Bill didn’t sugarcoat anything.
He began by attributing Michael Jackson for being an “all-star entertainer.” But that’s where the adulation ended. O’Reilly went on to call the media coverage “grandstanding and pathetic in the extreme. So enough with the phony platitudes ok?”
And he didn’t stop there. O’Reilly criticized Michael’s interactions with children, calling them “unacceptable for any adult.”
He continued, “His incredible selfishness, spending hundreds of millions of dollars on himself, while singing ‘We Are the World,’ should make any clear-thinking American nauseous.”
Bill also spoke about the fact that Al Sharpton and Jesse James talked about racial issues during their speeches dedicated to Michael. He asked, “Why are Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton making this a racial deal? Jackson bleached his own skin, and then chose white men to provide existence for his in vitro children. I mean, give me a break with all this.”
