Beyonce Screws Her Dancers

The dancers on Beyonce's latest videos are reportedly being screwed on their salaries in order for Beyonce to make the videos as cheap as possible. Beyonce is shooting several music videos in L.A. this week according to TMZ. The diva is also said to be personally financing the videos, not her label.

Beyonce's choreographer, Frank Gatson, reportedly doesn’t want to work with any of the dancer’s agents on this job. By getting rid of the middleman Beyonce can pay below the standard wages.

Dancers in a big shots video can earn around $3000 for a total of 4 days work; however, without their agents fighting for their rights, the dancers on Beyonce's latest videos will earn a lot less.

Some dancers have boycotted the gig but others are willing to take the cut just to say they danced for Beyonce.
