Beyonce Loses a Loyal Fan

Beyonce left a fan in tears after she refused to sign a picture of herself that took him over 80 hours to paint! Artist Paul Stillwell said it took him over 3 days to paint the portrait of the star and Beyonce wouldn't bother to give "two seconds of her time to sign her name on it.”

Stillwell said he started painting the portrait to deal with his mother's death and he traveled all the way to London to meet her, when she visited the country for her Wembley concert.

“I traveled 100 miles to London and waited outside her hotel for five hours. … When she came out I showed her my painting and said, ‘Beyonce, will you sign my painting?’ She said, ‘No, sorry,’ and walked away,” the New York Daily News quoted him, as saying.

Whether the story is true or not, why should she have to go out of her to sign a picture that the is going to go make money off of. In my opinion, the picture sucks, but to each its on. All I want to say is there are thousands of fans trying to get her autograph and if she signed all those she wouldn't get any work done! I've met Beyonce and she's so normal and down to earth. Just 'cuz she's beautiful and rich some people want to trash her. Now - why in the hell would an artist want her signature on his painting??? Was he giving it as a gift to her or was there the possiblity he's going to use her signature to sell it? So don't be mad at her for protecting herself from any legal/financial repurcussions.
