Beyonce and Jay-Z are treating Blue Ivy Carter to her first summer trip to the Hamptons.

Not even a year old and already Blue Ivy is living life like an episode of “Gossip Girl.” Jealous.

For the month of August only, Beyonce and Jay are splashing out on a 31,000 square foot enormous Hamptons estate coined the Sandcastle.

Queen B actually got a really good deal on the home. For one month they are paying $400,000 for the entire month of August. The home was built in 2005 and listed for $59.5 million! It’s now currently listed for $43.5 million.

Here are some of the “features” of the home, which I shouldn’t really call a home but rather a palatial playground.

The rental has a two-lane bowling alley, a virtual golf course, a skateboard half-pipe, a rock climbing wall, a screening room, a full bar and disco (Disco?) and a full gym with basketball and squash court.

Do they even need half those things? Do they even need a third of those things? Who rides a skateboard in the Knowles/Carter household? For when Lil Wayne comes to visit? Okay.

The home is decorated in a regal luxurious style. There are several living rooms, a formal dining room that could feed a dozen people, and a palatial office that looks more like an expensive cigar lounge.

And that’s just the INSIDE. Outside the home they have an enormous pool, spa, sunken tennis court and outdoor kitchen.
