Beyonce and Jay-Z Apply for Marriage License

Beyonce and longtime beau Jay-Z applied for a marriage license early this morning in Scarsdale, N.Y., reports People magazine.

When asked about the license, Beyonce's rep said she had "No comment." The certificate is good for 60 days so a secret wedding could already be in the works!
